I'm a little shocked at how the Stars have controlled round 1 and now mostly likely round 2 also. Not sure what to make of that. But I guess if the Ducks can make it to the finals as a last seed then I suppose anybody can. I really wasn't expecting us to look this good.

Tomorrow night is on Versus at 8... no TV tonight unless you have the package and can watch TSN... that's pretty bad that we can't see game 3 of a semifinal series... ESPN needs to get hockey back...

About the game, I agree with you both... tonight is HUGE... the way we've been playing, there is no reason we can't win the next two and end this now... but that said, this team needs to stay focused and stick to their motto they've had throughout the playoffs...

Stars on the PP, Morrow gets a breakaway entering the zone, hooked from behind. Penalty SJ. Stars on a 5-3 PP and Zubie hits scores on a slapshot from the ladie's tees.

He hit 2 guys at once. Didn't look all that vicious and one guy goes down in a heap.

Replay shows a hit like when Norwood got blasted by LSU at home. Morrow hits guy #1. Guy #1's head recoils into guy #2's fact. Guy #2 (Rivet) lays on the ice a while and is now counting fingers on the bench.

Lehtinen almost won it at the end of the 3rd with a deft steal in the high slot. But the puck wouldn't settle before he had to shoot. Stars get the rebound and Nabakov makes another save.

I really think they don't have any heart left... what little they DID have left tonight is gone, thanks to one Matty Norstrom In other news... I finally got my new Stars jersey in the mail today... I've always had my older white one (before we went to Reebok Edge), but I LOVE this black one... we look like such badasses when we're at home

I've got a black one from the Stanley Cup season. No number on it except for a "#9" written next to an autograph that says "Mike Modano".

And I've got a green kebler elf style jersey with Lehtinen's name and number on it. Really, I always thought they looked like elves in that jersey.
