I think the ones they cannot come back are Amor Brown Clifford Katshir Mustpher Sutherland and Stolll. Others can if they and PSU want them to.

I would like to see Scruggs, Ellies, Wilson and Pinegar return. You never know in this NIL atmosphere, they could decide to portal and use the extra year elsewhere. If I had choice of only one returning. Scruggs would be my highest priority.
