I'm fine with the compensation providing he & his employer are paying into SS- $21,000

I'm not sure why anyone would be mad with CJF for the compensation that his employer agreed to pay him.
If any of us went to our boss and said I would like to make $8million a year for the next 8 years and our boss said "okay, let's get the in writing" would we be the a$$hole?
