Man. In today's cancel climate, who else shutters when talking about one of these in public?
Back in the day when I would work with my dad doing construction, we always would play a joke on the new guys. One of the construction guys that worked with us forever was a black man named Alex. We would always ask new guys to go ask Alex for a jig and Alex would act pissed off and scream at the kid “What did you call me?” It was our favorite joke right ahead of asking for a left handed hammer and asking the gophers to go to the lumber store for a board straightener.
