I’m not so sure about that with a change of scenery but the word is ucla.Who would want him? He’s horrible!
Someone will take him to increase their chances on his brother.Who would want him? He’s horrible!
You took the words right off my keyboard.Who would want him? He’s horrible!
I begin to think the same thing.....then I remember when he subbed for Trevor, he left you thinking "Uh, oh....they have another one coming up." It's tough to be "THE MAN," In his first three to five games this year, he resembled shades of his first year.....then beginning with either the UND game or the Syracuse game, he fell apart. My BIL thinks it has more to do with the coaching than DJs ability....as they lost the 2 Co-OCs they had and promoted Streeter. I don't think many Clemson fans truly believe their replacement coaches at OC and DC are anywhere near as good as those they replaced. You took the words right off my keyboard.![]()
I believe the boy they ran out there last night has more football wherewithal than D.J. ever had. I'm being kind.DJ still has the tools to be a top tier QB but he's totally lost his confidence recently. He's been outstanding at times throughout his career but obviously very inconsistent. Sometimes a change will do you good. I'd be fairly surprised if Cade starts in the bowl game if he doesn't hit the portal.
Yeah, this was widely rumored even before the ACCCG.I’m not so sure about that with a change of scenery but the word is ucla.
DJ's first year stats: 78-117 (66.7%) - 914 yds, 5 TDs - 0 Int, 146.4 QB ratingI believe the boy they ran out there last night has more football wherewithal than D.J. ever had. I'm being kind.
DJ certainly threw more passes. Dabo couldn’t have gotten any luckier getting to insert Klubnik into a game vs a TERRIBLE DEFENSE. UNC is HORRIBLE on D and have been since Brown has been in Chapel Hill.DJ's first year stats: 78-117 (66.7%) - 914 yds, 5 TDs - 0 Int, 146.4 QB rating
Cade's first year stats: 31-46 (67.4%) - 377 yds, 2 TDs - 1 Int, 146.2 rating
Which is better?
Agree. Don't think Klubnik would have performed nearly as well against us or UND or any other team with a fairly stout defense.DJ certainly threw more passes. DJ got to play two full games in addition to backup time. Cade only got a partial of one game.DJ's first year stats: 78-117 (66.7%) - 914 yds, 5 TDs - 0 Int, 146.4 QB rating

True....and kinda my point....he had the pressure of being a starter twice during his first year. Cade has yet to experience that. No one can possibly know who would be better. Based on 1st year performance, I would have bet on DJ.DJ got to play two full games in addition to backup time. Cade only got a partial of one game.
But the point stands, DJ looked good that freshman year, then fell apart.

Limited sample size. What matters is now, hence, the snapshot is the better barometer now. Cade's is sharp; DJ's is fuzzy. Bear in mind, D.J. got to start last night. He had a chance at redemption. Once again, he was unproductive and visibly deficient. If anyone ever played himself onto the bench, D.J. did. Maybe the kid will struggle in the bowl and maybe D.J. will be the savior, but Dabo would be a fool not to ride the kid at this time.DJ's first year stats: 78-117 (66.7%) - 914 yds, 5 TDs - 0 Int, 146.4 QB rating

I'm just glad I'll have fewer reasons to try to pronounce Uiagalelei.
Their string of having "a better one" in waiting came to an end with him. Then it restarted with Klubnic.I begin to think the same thing.....then I remember when he subbed for Trevor, he left you thinking "Uh, oh....they have another one coming up." I am just happy we did not have to find outAgree. Don't think Klubnik would have performed nearly as well against us or UND or any other team with a fairly stout defense.
