Jeter 10 for 10 on FG’s. Kroeger with an insane QB rating. Two turnovers on Special Teams today.

Has ANYONE ever has Special Teams this good?

Pete Lembo is the freaking man. Tanner needed to be in his office yesterday drafting up a contract extension for that guy.
Pay him the money -- no contract extensions, yet! Can't get the Muschamp taste outta my mouth.

Might have been the best special teams unit in the country - if not then for sure it's one of the top 3-5 - multiple games won due to this unit and today was another example of just how well they play and the talent that makes up the unit.

Lembo is certainly the man and deserves everything he gets but some of what Krueger did this year is unteachable.

I can think of at least 3 games that could not have been won without their excellence.
I said it early in the season, it seems a great recruiting tool to be on a elite special teams, if you want playing time you will have to prove yourself on special teams, make it a gamecock thing to have one of the best 3rd phases in the game and to do that you need to pay one of our best coaches to keep him around!

The answer is "no". We've had great kickers before and some dynamic return people - Ace Sanders, etc. But this is the best coached, most tactical special teams operation I can ever remember. This man covers all the bases.

Do we play starters on STs? Serious question.
The best college teams that stress special teams put their best athletes out there. I believe I remember Derek Watson being out there when Holtz was here. It involves some risk, but great athletes make great plays.
