i wouldn't worry too much about croom getting fired. even if we finish under .500 he will end up beating someone highly ranked that what will save his ***.
Any combination would suit me, but Johnson wouldn't come back for anything less than HC. Maybe Campbell would be OC and move to HC when someone hired Johnson after turning around a train wreck.
What about Chris Hatcher at Gerorgia Southern? He runs a wide open offense and has had success wherever he has gone. He is young and also has HC experience. I think he could come in and do well here.
