Any Div 1 team that consistently has an offense that ranks below 100 can automatically have 15 yards added to their field goal kicks. This will allow them to score some points so that their sensitive and tender feelings are not hurt to bad. Hey, they're just kids, so cut them some slack, you negative ingrates.
