According to an interview in todays Columbus Dispatch with a beat reporter from Toledo, their QB is a two year starter that's thrown 6 TDs and 0 interceptions to 4 different receivers. Not saying we'll win or lose but they didn't lose their QB at at least according to this guy

n his time at Toledo, Finn was among the best in the MAC ever since taking his first full-time snaps in 2020. In his first full year of action, Finn threw for 2,067 yards and 18 touchdowns while completing 57.6 percent of his passes. He added 501 yards and nine touchdowns on the ground as well.
In 2022, Finn backed up his breakout performance with another solid performance, albeit marred by injury. In total, he threw for 2,269 yards and 23 touchdowns on 59.8 percent passing. On the ground, he added 632 yards and nine scores. He led his team to an 8-4 mark, including a MAC Football Championship and a Boca Raton Bowl win over Liberty.
This past campaign was Finn’s best. In 13 games, he accounted for 2,657 yards and 22 touchdowns off of 63.4 percent passing. On the ground, Finn amassed 563 yards and seven touchdowns.
In total, Finn’s 7,079 passing yards end up as fifth most in Toledo history and his 1,837 yards and 25 touchdowns on the ground are the most in program history by a full-time quarterback.
Finn leaves the Rockets as a second-team All-MAC selection in 2022 and a first-team All-MAC and MAC Most Valuable Player selection this past season.
