If you're ever in Dublin I highly recommend the St James Gate Guinness Brewery Tour. I'm kind of a beer nerd but it was extremely interesting and the gravity room on the top floor has LOTS of free Guinness available at the end of the tour and the 360' glass enclosed view on a clear day is outstanding, you can see all of Dublin in all directions. Link below tells about their 9,000 year (yes, that's Nine Thousand Year) lease on that property signed by Arthur Guinness on New Years Eve 1759

Been to Dublin a couple of times but never did the Guinness tour or the Jameson distillery either. I do highly recommend the Kilmainham Gaol museum though. Very interesting. Also very reasonable bus tours over to the Cliffs of Moher out of Dublin. Takes all day but well worth it and you get to see a bit of the countryside from the highway.

What psycho pays $17 for something with butterscotch schnapps?

I don't think you could pay me 17 bucks to drink that...

Further proof that you should NEVER sign important documents when you’re drunk

Tell the truth. You photoshopped the $17 price, right?

You cant handle the truth!

Son we live in a world that has bulldog message boards, and those have to be guarded by men with memes. Whose gonna do it you, you lieutenant thekimmer? I have a greater responsibility than you can possibly fathom. You weep for the misspelling of Guinness, and you curse the Sockman. You have that luxury, you have the luxury of not knowing what I know, that Guinness's misspelling while tragic, probably saved lives. And my existence while grotesque and incomprehensible, to you, saves lives. You don't want the truth because deep down in places you don't talk about at parties; you want me on this board, you need me on this board! We use words like 17, dubmass, 24 on the English section of the ACT. We use these words as the backbone of a life spent defending something, ******** like Irish use them as a punch line. I have neither the time, nor the inclination, to explain myself to a man, who rises and sleeps under the blanket of humor that I provide, and then questions the manner, in which I provide it. I'd rather you just give me a Liberty and go on your way. Otherwise I suggest you pick up a meme, and stand a post. Either way, I don't give a damn, what you think you are entitled to!

So yes, you're GD right I photoshopped it. I made the whole thing up.

I want to know how long it took you to redo that Quote. That’s some serious thought went into that. Tip of the hat to you!

Honestly 5-10 minutes max. I copied and pasted the words and just replaced marine jargon with SPS jargon. Talking **** is a skill that comes natural to me, but when it comes time to back it up... Well that's why I have glfr.

I briefly thought about having some Irish Coffee at Big Bad Breakfast yesterday but I needed to get on the road.

It’s not something I do much of but if I’m ever tired and want to drink it somehow appears on a menu like it’s been summoned by a thirsty leprechaun in my soul

I know a few folks who are involved in microbrewing.

When I’ve been on their brewery tours, I always tell them that their tour is the second best I’ve been on— and they always ask what the best one is and I tell them Guinness.

The first time I was in Ireland, I was on a really inexpensive 6-day tour of the island hitting the high points. So many things to see. And all that you mention: so good.

In Dublin, I’d also recommend the Trinity College library tour— you get to see the Book of Kells and the Long Room is classic & was an inspiration of the Jedi Academy library.

Man I love that movie. It's got a Who's Who in the future stars in it but it's hilarious as hell.
