I mean, they did look good today, but if they turn around and get beat at home by the same Iggles team next week, they (meaning Wade Phillips, mainly, but maybe Romo too) have sealed their fate as the NFL's perennial chokers... You think it affects them next week?

/still hating them for Super Bowl XXII.

now that they've put to bed this December stuff, hopefully they can continue to play their best ball of the season and put this "choking" stuff to bed. But I'm like every other analyst, mentally, this is a different cowboy team

Secondly, what's so bad about the guy? I mean, other than the fact that he looks beaten all the time... he's not that bad. Since he's taken over the defense that defense has been playing better than any in the league. He's won everywhere he's been.

The Cowboys have three ingredients to push them to the Super Bowl:

-Strong Running Game
-Dominating Defense
-Hot Quarterback

Also, the Cowboys kickoff guy was kicking touchbacks all game long. That's rare in this day of kicking off from the 30. That right there is an intangible in favor of America's team.

if things start going bad early. Then I think it's in their head at that point. Other than that, listening to the interviews after the game, the big demon they exorcised was last years drubbing at Philly to close out the year.
