Sometimes I like to just go over to Costco and get the $1.50 Hotdog & drink combo for lunch. Even though they only have Pepsi products, still feels like I'm pulling off a heist every time. Plus it's a GREAT Hotdog.

Good Lord, we all know that most cities in the South are dangerous in some areas. Move the hell on.

Maybe it would do some of you some good to stroll through Orange Mound a time or three. It used to be a badge of honor to live in a dangerous city. Ask Denis Leary about NYC back in the 90s.

Memphis so dangerous walked around a couple dangerous neighborhoods with my toddler about a month ago. Played in a dangerous park. Went to a couple dangerous restaurants. Crossed the dangerous street. He skipped his nap and was kinda dangerous to be around.

Costco is OK, but Sam's has Diet Dr. Pepper. Not trying to criticize the Hot Dogs at either place.

There are fewer calories in a slice with pepperoni at Costco than a plain cheese slice.

Unless I missed it, didn’t see Jackson, MS in the top 50 they listed. I doubt the methodology of any dangerous city list that includes Jackson, TN but not Jackson, MS

You describe that like David Kellum describes an Ole Miss game. “The Rebel players on the Rebel field, with the Rebel fans in the Rebel stadium, with their Rebel pom poms.”

Sam's has Coke products and the same prices. Plus that chocolate frozen custard cup is way cheaper that a froyo place and it is solid.

I have my doubts about any report that excludes St Louis and has a statement that highest murder rate and dangerous city aren't compatible statistics

It's better than average.

I ate Jack Pirtles on Mt Moriah last weekend, and man was that **** good! Didn't even get shot!

The steak sandwich from pirtles is the ****. And then later you get the *****, but that's another story.

I love the condiment station. I typically take an empty bottle of mustard and fill it for free! (This isn't the same as making lemonade after ordering water, I bought a hotdog and may need extra mustard).

Lots of not so humble " I can afford a Costco membership" brags in this thread

Worse yet is the not so humble bragging there is a choice between Costco and Sam's and just wait until someone says they are members of both. Starkville has neither .... not even a Target.
