Can’t give 2 for danger in that situation because it wasn’t neutral?

It was a pin just cant get refs to call them and especially that ref, i think he believed he was doing a HS match. Its one thing to see guys roll thru on top but he was stuck in that by bottom guy. By rule it was a pin. Interesting to see if askrin goes off on that no pin call.

Correct. The Heil Rule only applies in neutral.

No question. He was definitely pinned. Look at the video. He got the old Iowa no call. Just like them rarely getting called for stalling.
