Ran a good program at North Dakota. Does well at K-State. I’m guessing they face some of the same obstacles we do when competing against schools with larger budgets. Clearly not concerned with living in a large metropolitan area.

Well, coaches that are at successful P5 programs make it tougher if it’s seen as a lateral move. There’s only a few guys out there like that and it looks like some bigger programs will get first dibs. I think you have to get a little lucky.
