Do they look at a player’s transfer history when making their drafting decisions? Are multiple transfers seen as a good thing( e.g. adaptable ) or a bad thing ( e.g potential personality issues)?
In my industry, a resume full of 1-2 year stops is a red flag. I know the college career is only 4.33 playing years, but I wonder if the potential 3rd - 7th round athletes are hurting or helping their draft stock with multiple transfers. Do GMs take the chance on the 5th round RB with PT at 3 schools or take the next-best RB on Keiper’s board with a 1-school career?
