He did tend to run and hide after losses though. Everyone remembers that. Most of us show up after, win or lose.

I hope he is doing okay though. He definitely is a knowledgeable poster.
Yes, but that's separate from what's happened since the site switch.

Said it before and I’ll say it again.

CMS still had a gig because an overwhelming portion of the fan base is terrified to rock the boat.

These folks who came up as fans in rougher eras got a little sniff of 6-7 wins and some bowls and they do not want to entertain drastic change.

We can run the ball a little bit and have some good defenses generally speaking under CMS. He’s also recruited and filled the depth chart a little bit better.

That’s been just enough for some folks.

However it is clear that isn’t enough in the modern era. That CMS isn’t able to progress beyond that.

I'll support him as long as he is the coach here just like I have all others. His success and UK's are synonymous is the bottom line. That doesn't mean I have a lot faith in the current situation. I thought Curry needed to go long before he did and the Joker thing was ugly but I didn't spend all my time on a one track mission to slam them while often using ridiculous hyperbole.

The OC could be the bulk of our problems. There is a big difference in Stoops records with Gran and Cohen (54-35) vs. the rest (25-40). I'm just not sure we have enough playmakers currently regardless of the OC but that may not have been the situation with the right guy in place.
I agree and think the talent is average at best. I do think a system that works is the biggest key.
We have no rythum to our offense and god forbid we throw a slant or short pass over the middle when other teams blitz.
Ugly football and not much hope under Stoops unfortunately.
