To your average 18 year old, quality of dorms are a major factor in their college decision. So its a recruiting tool, albeit a very expensive one. I'm sure theirs a point of diminishing return at some point, but having that "wow" factor on a campus tour definitely can tip the scales.Someone needs to explain to them what a university is for. Great example that off field staff alone won't make any program successful. If our staff last year would have have 50 more analysts it would not have made a differenceFlorida has like 50 staff members and they suck. Feels like off field staff is the new IPF.
