We are recruiting at a higher level and we need that to translate into wins. I believe they will and here is why. The system is in place now. The younger pups have somebody to watch and that's important to the growth of a team. When they can see it executed, they have a template to go by. As an example, look at the OL growth. They are pretty much plug and pay at this point. Look at Price last night at Bama. The freshman didn't look lost at all.
Yes we need to continue to recruit better, but we are build something here. And remember, all around the College world, it's the teams that have kept a coach around long enough to build that are having success. The rarity is uncommon and it's usually at a place that recruits extremely well.
