How many penalties have they called on Dallas today?

I thought if you grabbed or hit the receivers arms before the ball got there it was a foul ? Hands to the face? Illegal contact? They made the contact, but it was just a bump.

Ceedee Lamb has a dropped big play and an INT because he didn't catch another. Dallas isn't focused at all and have their normal high penalty count. Another pick because they snapped it early on a bad decision by the center and the WR didn't run a route. McCarthy gave them 3. This is Dallas. It's what they do.

Oh, Dallas has earned some of these dumb penalties but there wasa couple of really close calls on both teams that has just has made the game drag with all these penalties stopping play. Unfortunately, both teams are getting a few injuries today.
