After hearing Polk's interview on 1045, I think that Cohen's heart is going to change, and he will listen to his old master. Just a gut feeling because Cohen seems like he's not taking this head on in the media. I sure hope he doesn't b/c he is our best hire. Does anyone else thinks this is a possibility?

Cohen does not benefit in talking/arguing with Polk or anyone through the media.

If we need to worry about anyone backing out its Bryne.

And right after that happens, we'll all realize that Polk was always right about this in the first place.

Cohen's quote from Jxn presser:

"Would I love to have Coach Polk's support? Of course, but Ive got to focus on winning a national championship."

That's about as head on as it gets.

coaches right now. so i don't think he would then have those assistants quitting their current positions (or at least informing their bosses) and then renig on it. also, it is better to let Polk hang himself all alone. if Cohen were to address it explicitly, he may lose some of the few boosters left who still listen to Polk. i just think it would be fuel on the fire and it is unecessary.

Get back in your paper sack.

Cohen has a set of balls and is not going anywhere except to the CWS in three or four years.
