Man.... I can't say that i care about it.

The blue bloods have ALWAYS been paying so nothing has changed there.

I'd say it has evened the playing field across college football. People like Alabama can't just take all the talent and expect them to ride the bench for 2-3 years til its their "turn" . Now those kids can transfer out and get some playing time at other places. Sure they may end up back at Bama by the end.... but at least some other team got some talent for a few years.

NIL stands for "now it's legal" it's been going on forever ....NIL leveled out Baseball...you dont hear any complaints about 8.7 scholarships or the Vanderbilt opportunity fund..in football..there are 4 former MSU QBs starting at power 4 programs...it's a good thing for the players as they have a limited window to play football... don't you think that players should be able to find a way to get on the field ? it not ruining anything it's just different and things will sort out ....

I hate it because we suck right now. But looking around I see plenty of meh programs thriving in it. Our problems are mostly within.

Everyone who is complaining about NIL and the money needs to explain to me how a little religious college like Southern METHODIST University is thriving right now. You guys obviously have no idea what you are talking about.

It has not been going on forever and it does not stand for “now it’s legal”. Sure players have gotten paid under the table “forever “ but not the kind of money they are getting under the so called “name, image, and likeness” facade. Yes, I believe a player should be able to find the field if they are good enough. Being good enough and making the field has been going on forever and will go on forever. That has nothing to do with the current rules of the game. You are correct, things will sort out. That sort isn’t going to help Mississippi State though.

Oil money combined with the removal of fear of using it. #ponyexpress
