Vandy's 7 footer, Liam Robbins is out for remainder of the season. He's been probably the best player in the conference in recent weeks. What a big break that we must take advantage of. I wasn't feeling good about this game at all, this definitely gives me more optimism.

He was the reason why I was NOT looking forward to playing them. Now... if we can survive their 3 pt RAT Player to be Named Later, we just might survive.
Big blow for them, but they are still capable without him. They have dudes who can go for 20 or be virtually absent from the box score. For example, Jordan Wright was scoreless in a convincing win over Florida (who beat us). The next game, he scored 23, including the winning shot against Kentucky (who beat us) in Rupp.

Fwiw, Robbins only played 4 minutes at Kentucky, and they still won. So they could still throw up enough 3s to score on us. Hopefully Tolu and Cam can dominate in his absence.
They have very good guards, we will need a good game from our perimeter guys. I would think we have an edge on the inside now but that can be neutralized depending on how they defend us.

On paper they should be but in our MSU trampled on hearts we know deep down they shouldn’t be favored.

If we work the ball inside and attack the basket we will win. If we chunk up a bunch of 3’s we will lose.
