Crazy, right? I’m watching tonight’s Chefs-Raiders game, and they mentioned NFL players visiting U.S. military bases over the years. They showed Rosey Grier and Franco. I’m still proud when I think of all the good people who have come through our great university and have done great things. Of course, not just football players.

I suck.

Wish I felt as you do, but my pride in the university as a whole was deeply scarred by the Sandusky scandal/coverup. The entire premise of Penn State winning the right way became just another disappointment in a world full of the same. Though few organizations or institutions are without such sins, I was naive enough to think we were an exception.
With that said, Kudos to those individuals who strive to do things the right way.

You can be proud to be a Penn Stater and still be critical of/disappointed at Penn State Football. This idea that you’re all in or not is part of the issue with complacency within the program. I’m indifferent to CJF anymore but still hoping to win some football games.
