Being as progressive as the Biden administration is. He had to steal and appropriate a black women's life.It's got to get it's dresses somehow. Just not sure why it wouldn't just pay for them.
One of the incidents happened in Las Vegas. Someone else we know was just in Las Vegas, coincidence, I think not!

Because I think he is like a serial kleptomaniac. There is a pattern. Only at airports. Only women’s stuff. Only fashionable women’s stuff. Then he wears the stolen property as a trophy. He doesn’t take any random suitcase. He chooses ones who are carried by fashionable people. (One of the victims was a fashion designer) So he watches and zeros in on his victims. Just my opinion from the little I read.
