I can't wait for Colorado to lose, or else it will be Coach Prime on every other segment.

Agreed. I recognize that he's done an amazing job turning things around so far and that it's not an easy thing to do... but the coverage has ramped up very quickly to the point that I've seen it enough.

I was just wondering how many people on this board would have their head explode if Prime wins a National Championship before CJF...

Much easier path to the CFP; could happen. Starting to see the effects of NIL in games like Texas/Bama - Bama doesn't have the money to compete in the NIL space that Texas does. So, they can't go two deep with 5*'s anymore. And it's awesome. I don't know that Colorado can keep the novelty of Sanders as HC to attract top recruits for very long, but it's working for now.

Watched some of the Colorado and Nebraska game and Colorado players are starting to bark and woof too much during games. Shadeur scrambled on one play that was a long first down post a penalty and was still about 10 yds short and he started posing after he got stopped. The media is desperate for anything that will generate eyeballs. They are starting to remind me of Miami under Jimmy Johnson. Crazy how after two games Heisman candidates are announced. Nebraska is a turn over machine and they handed Colorado the game on the first half. They had the Buffs stymied for some time in the first half, but if you don’t score, it don’t matter.

I know he's able to draw top talent and prep a good team but the coverage is becoming ad nauseam.
Odds of staying at Colorado after this season? Shedeur will go Pro and Deion says bye to Colorado. Because for Deion, it’s always personal.

Where does he go? Ideal fit would be FSU but they're humming. NFL? Where?

Deion cleared the roster at CU, if he's successful, will be curious to see how he manages his roster for next recruiting cycle. I do think another blue blood school will attempt to hire him within 2-3 years.

Coach Prime or Coach Slime? Decency is rapidly disappearing in our society.

Inasmuch as they set themselves up to then be humbled by Joe’s 86 team, sure. Beyond that I would respectfully disagree :)
Haters gonna hate. If joe did this you wouldn’t shut up about it
The University of Miami's football team has won five national championships (in 1983, 1987, 1989, 1991, and 2001)

He’s a breath of fresh air.
Yep and breathing fire on the fragility of the SEC. All those years where the SEC and O$U could pay off recruits and hold the rest of hostage are coming to the end, and the SEC will "suddenly" be the Nascar version of the BIG 12. The B1G with its resources base and TX oil money will level the playing field, and if you hear Deon talk about "the bag" I think you can hear a slower crawl to absolute corruption may be possible. I will never be a Boulder Doper fan, I want him to wound the wannabees.

I’m quite happy with 1982 + 1986 + multiple other close- or shoulda-been-awarded-championships + Success with Honor, thanks!

Also, if we’re comparing Joe and Jimmy, only 1987 was “Jimmy’s Canes” I believe
