The irritating thing to me is that if you drive around and inspect the new stain, it doesn't match. There are different shades.
Our bookstore has the same philosophyThe irritating thing to me is that if you drive around and inspect the new stain, it doesn't match. There are different shades.
Which was probably a requirement of the project. We are emm state after all.
He did go cheap. It's not even real brick.Naw, mane, what you talking about. Coinz went muh cheap on the rehab (even though it looks great). Don't you know we have 300M laying around for a new arena (that we don't need)? Don't you know he de-prioritized basketball (even though he went out and hired Jans, who has us back dancing regularly)?
I'd guess multiple types of bricks used in multiple construction projects (the initial construction, the Mize Pavilion addition, the latest addition) that differ by decades in age would make it nearly impossible to match them all perfectly. All things considered, I think they did a really good job. It certainly looks much better than it did before. There are different shades.
They're not matching brick. They're staining brick. The stain doesn't match. It's like we ran out, ordered some more, it didn't match, and we said eff it and used it anyway.I'd guess multiple types of bricks used in multiple construction projects (the initial construction, the Mize Pavilion addition, the latest addition) that differ by decades in age would make it nearly impossible to match them all perfectly. Help me out here. Is 'muh' the new 'capitalize every other letter to represent dipshits' in Twitterspeak?Naw, mane, what you talking about. Coinz went muh cheap on the rehab (even though it looks great). Don't you know we have 300M laying around for a new arena (that we don't need)? I understand it's stain, but different types of brick with accept the same stain differently. They're not matching brick. They're staining brick. The stain doesn't match.
I’ll still take the small win with the cake flavor changing from “carrot” to “gingerbread”The irritating thing to me is that if you drive around and inspect the new stain, it doesn't match. There are different shades.

Well that's not really the problem here since there aren't multiple kinds of bricks that align with the different shades. But you should know that the issue you're articulating here is a non issue if it's done right.I'd guess multiple types of bricks used in multiple construction projects (the initial construction, the Mize Pavilion addition, the latest addition) that differ by decades in age would make it nearly impossible to match them all perfectly. All things considered, I think they did a really good job. It certainly looks much better than it did before.
