You grown adults that can't spell LOSE. It's one O, not two. LOOSE and LOOSING have different meanings. Somehow, around 5 years ago, a lot of you collectively just lost this knowledge you gained in elementary school. I'm at a loss as to why.

Are you speaking of the people who are in the left turning lane and sit in the middle to force the turn once it turns red? Because if so, I'm the guy you hate.
No im talking more about when there’s a ton of traffic and the cars start to back up into the intersection and people either keep driving and back up into the intersection or they are turning and just sit there blocking the way not allowing people coming from the other direction to be able to go straight.

I almost rear ended an idiot yesterday who did this on a freaking I-20 on ramp. It's a curved ramp, I'm accelerating down it and half-glancing back over my left shoulder to judge traffic and lane clearance. I glance in front again and this jagoff is sitting completely still at the bottom of the ramp. There are some things that should get your license revoked immediately...
