Part of it is getting older and realizing that it’s just a game. In my younger days, it would take days to recover from a loss. Even during the Croom error, with whom the Roid-rager we have now is making a serious claim for worst coach in my fandom lifetime.

It’s been a busy week here…. High school Homecoming, TX rangers, sons milestone birthday party. But I have literally skipped watching the past two games altogether. I haven’t done that since before I voluntarily signed up to be a State student 20+ years ago.

Keenum got us to this point. He needs to be made accountable, but it’s gonna take the cigar boys to do it. Not saying he needs to be fired, but he should never have a major say in athletics again after this.

Wife and I will be doing our annual Thanksgiving visit with our OM son and family in Georgia. He and I do a good job of being polite during the game regardless of how its going, but its going to be tough for me this year. Long, long afternoon.

I skipped 2 weekends back to back this year as well (Bama & WMU). We were moving and I saw no point in losing 3-4 hours of packing/unpacking, moving furniture, only to be pissed off.

This may be the last Egg Bowl we have season tickets for. I'll be in Starkville, regardless, but I'm finding it hard to find a way to convince myself that I actually want to attend the game.

Well, he hired that maniac of an AD, who was our baseball coach at the time.

Under this fool’s watch, we lost our best football coach in decades, lost a baseball coach and our best ever WBB coach because of his Pearl-clutching hypocrisy, and he finally came to blows with our illustrious President and left. Then Leach died, and we are stuck where we are…. When we just had to name Arnett interim after a disastrous turn of events.

Keenum doesn’t get a pass from me. He started the falling of the dominos.
