from the moment he hired a lawyer and started jousting with the NCAA over every piece of information they requested. All he had to do was offer up the information they requested. They have the right to do this in determining eligibility. He was on the defensive before it even got started and that put an even bigger bullseye on him than his family's behavior over the past 2 or 3 years. The concept that so many fail to see is that this is not a legal issue. It is a NCAA issue. You either comply or you don't qualify. Legally, he can always go to the NBADL or Europe or Israel. And that is what he will do I suspect.

they did send in everything...

what they requested was unprecedented...and the atty didn't want to have to do what nobody else has ever had to do.. so he jerked around for a while hoping to get the ******** to buckle but they held their ground

but eventually they did send it all and the NCAA still has no proof of wrongdoing...

all they have is the smell of wrong but nothing concrete... they are using sydney as an example...

keep cheering for them if it makes you feel better though
