Wilder becomes the first Bulldog to win a junior national title while enrolled at MSU.</span></p> <p class=""><span style="font-size: 11px;">At the Trinidad Olympic Trials, Manny Mayers broke the Trinidad junior national record in the 400-meter hurdles, running 52.21 during Saturday afternoon's competition. Mayers finished fourth in the event with a time of 51.92 and earned a spot on the Trinidad Junior National Team.</span></p> <p class=""><span style="font-size: 11px;">The two will join assistant coach Bryan Fetzer, who was recently selected as an assistant coach for the United States' men's team for the World Junior Championships.</span></p> <p class=""><span style="font-size: 11px;">The United States Olympic Trials begin Friday in Eugene, Ore. Current Lady Bulldog Marrissa Harris will compete, as will Golden Coachman and Jamil Hubbard, both who just finished stellar careers at MState.
