Sorry, I don't get your comment.Oh it's been beaten. I seent it.......
Fulwilly is gonna take her down!!!Iowa beat the ladies last year. I know they lost to Nebraska and they aren’t better than the Gamecocks…but if she’s hot she’s the best player on the floor and there’s not much anyone can do about it. I would hope to avoid Iowa in the tournament. Not that our girls can’t eat them…but it’s just a dangerous game.

Ricky Bobby done put that evil on usWhy put this out there in the universe??
I would like to see Clark deal with Fulwiley's speed as well. An engaged Fulwiley is a problem for any offensive player. Most of the PGs in the SEC struggle to even get the ball over half court against her.Fulwilly is gonna take her down!!!![]()
So after we go undefeated, Freddie can say, I told you so!Why put this out there in the universe??

Iowa is goo.d, but the games that I have seen them play, their defense is very questionable. The only way that they can beat Carolina would be the referees for obvious reasons.I would like to see Clark deal with Fulwiley's speed as well. I don’t know FBC, we look pretty weak on the inside, and we just don’t have the long range shooting we’ve had in years past. I’m seeing a 16 vs 1 upset when the tourney rolls around.
Crazy how now they're saying she'll beat Maravich's men's record. How do you beat a men's record without playing men? Would she have 50 pts in her career against men?Iowa beat the ladies last year. With all due respect, I have seen NC State play several times this year and am not impressed. They lost twice to Va. Tech and they have an inside presence with Kitley somewhat similar to us. The bigs for State are just not that good. Just a few stats to throw out there.....State averages 76 ppg, we are at 88. They give up 59 ppg on defense and we give up only 54. Perhaps most telling, their bench only contributes 15 ppg while our's is at 33 ppg. If we should play them I think we win by 20+ points.I think if someone gets us it will be prior to the Final Four. I think the pain from last year's loss carries us through if we get there. A team to watch for that no one has mentioned is NC State. Very talented offensively and Rivers will certainly be fired up to play us.

Thank you….they look impressive beating teams that can’t stay within 30 of us. They beat unranked bad teams. Face it…there’s 8 teams with a legit title shot. They lost one of those games to VT in OT by one point and beat Colorado by 18. The same Colorado that beat the LSU team that we struggled with in Baton Rouge. I think the one thing that can trip us up down the road is over-confidence. We are team that just gave up separate 17-2 and 9-0 runs to a team with 2 SEC wins. I still believe we are the best team in the country, but that title is fragile and can change with one bad game. So, I give all of these top teams respect. I think we can beat them by double digits, but I think the curb stomping of teams is going to be harder for us to come by as teams lock in and go after the same goal that we want to achieve. With all due respect, I have seen NC State play several times this year and am not impressed. Respectfully, LSU does not have a bench which is the reason they have already lost 4 games and will most likely lose more. One piece of the talent they brought in does not fit in Van Linth from Louisville. They almost lost another game after the Miss. St. Game thus they have started to bring her off the bench back at her natural 2 position than at the point and are starting Poa. Also, there most significant advantage was playing before a packed house at home with College Gameday in town. The best three point shooting team in the country is Utah, who still could not manufacture enough points to beat us. Here it is, our team is still young therefore they at times seem unfocused and frankly bored with certain games. The point is as in the one game, mind you that they lost by 4, I will say it again 4 points, they only had one shooter shooting in the upper 30's percentage and during that game she had her off night. Also, the forturnate or unfortunate officiating had 3 of our bigs sitting on the bench in foul trouble the of the night. Fast forward to this year, we have 4 players shooting above 40% and one other guard who is shooting 38% which will make it death nell for a team such as Iowa to basically play 3 girls on the center and one on our best shooting guard. Are you gonna let Fulwilley have a running start at the basket, or Tessa Johnson shoot practice shots, or Bree Hall either or give Kitts foul line or elbow jumpers. For the Pac 12, if you watch their games between their best teams it seems to be a scoring fest where neither teams really have a bench and both play poor to no defense resulting in scoring fests other than Stanford, who also has no bench. I agree any team that has a bad game can be had once, but this team presents a thin margin of error for other teams that allows Dawn many ways to answer any situation including just to keep playing until the teams run of gas if need be. This has resulted in a few games, where we were concerned, still ending up into double digit wins for us. Winning a title will be about consistency and when needed being able to play lockdown defense to get a stop. For anyone to predict SC will lose, which i am not saying is impossible, they would have to be more inconsistent than their opponent, and every other team in the country has 3 or more losses and have had more ups an downs this season, showing inconsistency as playing the lotto. I will put my money on our girls. They can certainly be beat. They're very good, but other than USC and LSU, the SEC is not very good at all this year. LSU could beat them in the SEC Tournament as they have as much talent as anyone in the country, but seem to have chemistry problems at times. If I'm USC, I don't want to see anyone from the top half of the PAC 12 in the NCAA Tournament. USC beat a good Utah team earlier (unfortunately for the Utes, one of their best players was injured). UCLA and Colorado are very good. Stanford is pretty good and JuJu Watkins at Southern Cal gives them a chance on a given day. As for Iowa, Clark gives them a chance against anyone - it doesn't matter that the rest of their team is average - she can carry the team against anyone as USC saw last year.
The Gamecocks have not shot the ball consistently well from the perimeter the last 3 weeks other than Pao Pao vs UConn. If they can get back to the way they were shooting prior to three weeks ago, they have a shot.
Hoping they win it all this year, but I I would not be shocked if they lost in Elite 8 or Final 4.
