I haven't ever posted here in the Wrestling Room as I am not as up to speed on the inner workings of this team, but as a long-term loyal PSU wrestling fan, I have loved watching Penn State wrestling since I was at Penn State as a student in the early to mid-70s. We were always a very good team, but since Cael Sanderson took over the coaching position, he has become the equivalent to what Coach John Wooden was in college men's basketball while he was at UCLA! The best of the best HS wrestlers now wants to compete with Sanderson as their coach and mentor. He has now made moves to sure-up all weight positions this season and continues to find those kids who will keep us there for the foreseeable future. I love watching our individual wrestlers have that seemingly extra gear and drive to win in those close matches as they have winning instilled in their minds because THEY ARE......PENN STATE, and "that is what we do at Penn State"!
