but I have a terrible feeling about the Tech game. It's quite simple really. In the past two openers, we haven't scored a point. The more our offensive geniuses prepare, the less we score. (BTW, I'm 80% sure Carroll's best year is behind him.) We probably need 21 points to win on the road against a inferior opponent. Defensively they are young up front but solid in the secondary...so all they have to do is load the box and force our ****** receivers to beat them one on one. Sound familiar? UCF replay anyone?

Well, first of all our first two games were Thrusday night specials that LT whored us on aginst South Carolina and LSU. In the South Carolina game, Henig got injured very early and we were left with Tray Rutland, who just flat out sucked, and when we did have an opportunity to score, Keon Humphries promptly choked. LSU won the NC and of course Henig basically had a complete meltdown.

I daresay that win or lose, we break the opening game scoring drought.

"Don't overlook any oponent." But, I think we win. If it wouldn't produce such a fan meltdown, it would be an interesting study to see if Croom could bring his team back from such a horrible starting loss to finish with a very solid season. I mean, since we are talking about our team playing hard and having character and all that other stuff that Coach Croom supposedly plants in their heads, one would suppose that an early season loss to the equivalent of a directional school would not cause the team to fall apart. If it wouldn't cost that lost to to find out about that, it would be interesting.

are much better than tech's defense, and your offense should be better than either of those years w/ carrol managing the game rather than your previous qb's. Tech's only chance is to get way up for the game and get some big plays. </p>

look incredibly ****** on O as usual but eek out a win, like the bowl game last year. 10-3.

I predicted Carroll would go 11-24 for 148 and a pick. I stand by that, especially after his stellar performance in the scrimmage last Saturday.

Is that you are wrong about Wesley's best year being behind him. Wesley has improved and will continue to improve.

experience is a wonderful thing for a QB. I don't believe he will force the action and we should be able to run against LaTech. I also think we have much more speed and that should be a big difference. My biggest concern is our special teams, we have yet to have a punter during the Croom era and when you don't score many points that is a major concern.
27-13. Good guys.

Yeah why would anyone believe Carroll would get any better this year since he will be fully healthy and have a year under his belt? It is all downhill from here!
