It was a typical Alabama conversation. He has been to 1 game at Bryant Denny Stadium and lives 2.5 hours away. I said that Alabama hasn't put a QB into the NFL worth a damn in the last 20 years or so. He explained to me that Jay Barker was still in the NFL as a backup. I told him that Barker lasted like 3 years as a third string or so and that his last year at Bama was like '93 or so. This is the same guy that I called and rolled on him after they lost to UL Monroe last year. He said, "they didn't lose that game." He had no idea. Typical Tide fan and I know more.
