I think we find out tomorrow who Hutson Mason commits to.

I think with him keeping his commit a secret like he has, that may be good for us. Why wouldn't he just go ahead and commit to his home state school if he was gonna go to UGA? I'm probably wrong about that, but I still think the fact he waited this long after commiting gives us a better chance. I know many people on this board don't think he's gonna commit here, but I still think we have a legit shot at him. Would really like for him to commit.

according to a link on BDJ. So maybe there's a chance. I'd love to get him so we could merrily let Brunetti go freeze his *** off in West Virginia.

there's a post that says Mason has comments on his facebook page indicating he committed to Georgia. Don't know for sure if its true but have no reason to believe its not.

I looked him up on facebook, and his wall is public for anyone to see. Comments mention committing, but nothing about which way it goes.

to either commit or the offer was going elsewhere.. He set up this press conference shortly after. He's going to UGA..

that Mullen obviously believes things about Newton or Brunetti or both that we don't know. It also tells me he'd better be right because the Mason kid had some clear interest in State and Mullen.

His name popped up on the 14th I think. That was the day before Cam was supposed to make his decision.

kid can throw for 5,000 yards and every how many TDs and not be a big recruit, especially at 6'2 or 6'3.. I can see that happening w/ Farve because of his Size, but Mason has decent size and plays against great competition in GA.

but the fact that we have one of the top QBs in the country heavily considering us, a couple solid backup plans in Brunetti and Mason, and then a last ditch fallback plan with someone like Favre is long damn ways from where we were a couple years ago. Croom typically had his sights set on one player and if that fell through, well, we were screwed...
