Fyi. The 5 star is from Chris Sailer kicking... they go up to six stars. He was 30th ranked kicker in that list.

Plascencia was 14-21 (66%) this season in juco on FG's with a long of 51. Another guy in the same league (19th ranked kicker) was 21-24 (88%) including a 56 yarder and a 59 yarder in the state title game... He just signed with Campbell.

I swear to you college football coaches overthink kickers man. I'm not saying Plascencia isn't going to be good, but this dude is nails. How this guy isn't FBS I will never know. When you see an NFL kicker from a stupid school like Campbell in the NFL, just know it's because somehow all the recruiters miss juco guys like this.
