Is this the last year for CBS or do they get another year? ESPN/ABC got the big SEC contract but not sure when it starts.

2023 is the last year. Moving to Fox would be one way to avoid 11 am kicks

And ESPN/SECN sucks because of all the crap they run at the bottom of the screen during the broadcast.

The Disney sports family is just full of cringe bull crap. The Fox broadcast is excellent, they are absolute pros. I guess it’ll all the experience from NFL broadcasts. I like McElroy and a few others. What ever happened to Jessie Palmer?

I agree with this. The ratings this year have shown that fox has put out a better product. I feel like fox does a much better job of making it about the game and the atmosphere than ABC/ESPN

Doesn’t hurt that Fox is available in 4K either. The broadcasts are just better.

Nope. Fox LOVES 11 am kickoffs.

Their best matchups are at 12 eastern time.

But wait… we’re MSU so that means we’ll get the horrible 6 pm matchup. **

They’re all pros because their content selection is thin. It’s easier to keep the Beth Mowins of the world out of the booth when you’re not broadcasting 37 games simultaneously.

If Fox picked up more rights, their collective talent pool would average out on the lower end.
