I just watched a defensive lineman for Tennessee tackle the Pittsburgh quarterback and slam him into the ground head and shoulder first with no penalty. I'm not talking about tackling, I'm talking about grabbing the QB with both arms wrapped around him them slamming him head and shoulder first into the ground.
When they replayed it you could watch the referee looking right at the DL making this play without anything blocking his view about 15 yds away.
The quarterback walked away but I bet you he couldn't tell you what day it was.
