Won’t make any difference
It’s always the case that the PAC12 gets more seats. Been that way forever.
“Other-winged,” very cool. Never saw it before, fwiw.It doesn’t matter. This is just another example of the vast, other-winged conspiracy against Penn State.
Doesn't matter.Utah is the home team.

Utah is ranked higer that is why there the home team, just like PSU was in home blues and the home team vs USC in the last Rose Bowl PSU played in.Considering it’s less travel for PAC12 teams it’s not surprising they are also the home team
The Rose Bowl Game has traditionally annually alternated home/away status when it was strictly the Big Ten vs. the PAC. Consider the 1995 game when we were undefeated, ranked higher than Oregon, but still wore our road uniforms. I believe the alternating still applies to B1G vs. PAC but it may be different when a team from another conference plays.Utah is ranked higer that is why there the home team, just like PSU was in home blues and the home team vs USC in the last Rose Bowl PSU played in.
My bad- good to know, thought they went by the playoff rankings. The Rose Bowl Game has traditionally annually alternated home/away status when it was strictly the Big Ten vs. the PAC. Those are there in case any of our favorite board trolls attend. It makes them feel comfortable.I wonder why they they stuck one PSU section and the half section on non-participating Big Ten in the middle of the Utah allotment. Maybe it's looks better on television that way.
Has nothing to do with "rankings", FWIWUtah is ranked higer that is why there the home team, just like PSU was in home blues and the home team vs USC in the last Rose Bowl PSU played in.
I'm colorblind and don't understand.
