and we let Lebby go, is it a buyout for the whole staff or just the one's with contracts? Are the majority of coaches year to year? If we have to buy out more than a couple wouldn't it make sense to cut bait with Hutz now, speaking for Lebby and/or Selmon, to save $.

Most assistants are year to year unless you hire a position coach from Alabama and you get a 3 year contract.
It's a shame Hutzler isn't as good at being a DC as he is at negotiating a truly one sided contract. He wins regardless whether we win or not.
