Man, that's cringy. To all the GT guys on here, PLEASE NEVER do anything like this.
I saw where Saban mentioned how hard it was at 62 to do this job, and at 72, with all the NIL/TP stuff it's impossible. It's wearing on guys.

Yeah, I mean, if you're a guy in 30s or 40s, I can see rolling with it because you have no choice if you want a career. But for older guys, I can't see the incentive for hanging around.
Recruiting evolved into a 365 day endeavor and now that encompasses having to recruit the guys that are already on your roster.
Yeah, I couldn't imagine spending every day trying to convince kids to stay with me. That sounds miserable.
Not to mention it gives the players the upper hand. Hard to run a business when the tail wags the dog.
