Biloxi at noon tomorrow, where is THE place to eat lunch and watch the basketball game?
OR, eat lunch at like 11:30 and then go watch the game somewhere else, so the two best spots maybe.

I would go to Ocean Springs and get the Combination Shawarma at Phoenicia. I would drive back to Biloxi and watch the game at Beau’s sports book.

Phoenecia is great and there probably isn't a better recommendation as far as food, but not sure I'd go out of my way to eat at Phoenecia early enough to get to the Beau in time to park and get to the sports book by noon. The food at the sports book is fine though, and I'd probably just eat and watch it there. Can watch multiple games and put some small bets out to keep it interesting.

If it's somebody that only cares about MSU and doesn't care to even watch other basketball, then the recommendation for the filling station is probably a good one if the weather is nice. Government street grocery should also be fine if you just want a decent bar atmosphere to watch the game in.

Lady May, Knuckleheads, Mosaic/Beer House or Glory Bound will all have TV's for game and good food.

Phoenecia does not have tv's and you won't be done at noon if you go at 1130. You may also need a nap.

ETA - Govt St Grocery has 1 TV and not a sports bar - they may put it on, but you'll have to be at a certain table to see. Palace sports book > all the others.

Well some of you were holding out on I guess your secret spot.
Found Bacchus on the Bayou in OS.
Good spot right on the water, outdoor bar and tables on the fake grass by the water.
Cold beer, char-broiled oysters, gumbo was good but too much of a creole gumbo than a dark roux gumbo. And the boiled shrimp were very good also.
Saw someone that had an oyster po-boy and it looked good.
TV’s outside under the bar.
Watched most of second half at the Beau SportsBook.
