I can't wait. Thursday night I'll start devouring all of the different media discussing this game. Remember the good old days of eating supper and listening to the Paterno radio call in show. Miss that.

Going 27-24 PSU.

The reality is this is a must win game. It won't be the end of the world if they don't, but I'm getting up in years. If they want be a championship Calber team and program -- Must Win. Been a while beating a top 5 team away. I hope this team is dialed in. My gambling career depends on it. In August, I bet PSU to win the East Division, the Big Ten Championship, and the National Championship at Parx.

I put a little bit on a Big Ten title so I'm with you on that. And the running our of time thing too.

Yeah, would be nice to kick *** in a big game instead of blowing so many games in the 4th quarter.

I still sorta think the round robin with UMich, tOSU and PSU will most likely end up at 1-1, 1-1 and 1-1…..but who knows.

If PSU's front 7 can overpower the Suckeyes O-line, then it's gonna be a long day for McCord and company. I've gotta think that Day knows he's at a disadvantage there and will be calling a quick passing game with lots of slants and probably a few screens, anything to get the ball in Harrison's and EE's (if he plays) hands. Who knows what their RB injury situation is gonna be but I'd think there's a good chance that at least 2 of their top 3 won't play. I've felt all along that PSU is the better team but whether or not they can get over that mental hurdle of OSU and Franklin doesn't turtle up like he does in these big games, then we'll be happy come 4:00 on Satuday afternoon. I'm not as worried about the no explosive plays thing that everyone is so wrapped up about. If they're efficient like they've been and they don't turn it over, then things will work out. It may mean more FGs than TDs when they get down close but points are points. I see it as low scoring and I'm gonna go 17-13 PSU.

I disagree. I have been seeing a surprising amount of people picking us. And the ones who haven’t are reluctant because we haven’t in so long.

Is we win, great... but if we lose we are still very much in the hunt for BIG East so long as UM beats O$U at home.

If PSU, O$U and UM win home games, all go 8-1, then our win at Iowa would loom very large over tiebreak sending us to BIG Champ game.

If all three end up 11-1, the fifth tiebrakers is the total wins of the three teams you played from the other Division. So, need Iowa to go 11-1, need NW to surprise a few people and need Illinois to forget they are coached by the FatMan in the Bathtub and try to win.

The OSU-PSU series was even until OSU went on a 10-1 run. That's embarrassing and I think OSU comes off the schedule next year. Gotta win this one.

Keys to a Penn State victory:
1. Weather the 1st quarter storm.
2. Drew Allar "MUST" stretch their defense out by connecting on a few deep passes. The Ohio State CB's are just ok, not great.
3. The Penn State D-Coordinator must dial up inside and gap blitzes to stop the running game and force McCord into making mistakes.
4. If Dixon and King are able to play man to man it's over.
