Only the hiway a little out of town is left. I worked for the hiway in town for a year and serving dollar slices was an experience. Also, no more monkey boys.

did you work at cut pie on garner or the round pie on college which later changed and became both round pie and cut pie combined. I worked for Dante’s 83-86
I guess the thread I saw was from someone just coming back. I worked at the highway over the saloon, would have been like 01-02.

Seeing the Saloon closed was a sad day for me. Spent many a nights there. St. Patty’s Day was especially fun there.
If you remember being at The Saloon you probably were never there.
