It's just my loyalty and eternal optimism, that blinds me.
I'm in the same boat. Despite the obvious, I always have that optimism going into every game regardless of the facts at the time. It's just my loyalty and eternal optimism, that blinds me.
Dude. It's just my loyalty and eternal optimism, that blinds me.
Mr. Potter. I believe this. Our gallant lads shall attack them on the ground, they shall attack them with growing confidence and growing strength in the air, they shall defend our goal line, whatever the cost may be. They shall battle them in the 1st half, they shall battle them in the 2nd half, they shall battle them in any overtimes; they shall never surrender. Let our team therefore brace themselves to their duties, and so bear themselves that, if Penn State and its Commonwealth Campuses last for a thousand years, men will still say, “This was their finest hour.”It's just my loyalty and eternal optimism, that blinds me.

Or what about this one from Sir Winston ... "Success consists of going from failure to failure without losing enthusiasm." Looks like we got our failures out of the way ... now let's find some enthusiasm and succeed!Mr. Potter. I believe this. Fair, as I've mentioned on other posts in this board, I'm about a 12 year lurker on the McAndrew Board, but never posted. I'm really glad you've decided to make the jump over to On3. Posts like these are what make you one of my favorites.
