They are clearly the best unit on the field. They aren't nearly as good as previous defenses we've had, but for right now, they are the only thing that kept us in this week and last weeks game. 3 picks today including 1 for a TD.They gave up points on 3 drives of 35 yards or less. Offense screwed them once again. Not many defense could prevent what happened today with as much as they were on the field. DL finally got some pressure today, but as we know, UGA doesn't have a great line. But maybe today they can hang their head high. They played well in the 2nd half.

I willadd this too. LB's have gotten better game to game. I think Collins is the real deal, and this unit is the most improved on the team. Brandon Wilson overall doesn't look as lost as he did even though he looked awful on that 1st TD pass, Cam had the pick and I think 10 or 11 tackles today. He was all over the place. And Skinner had his name called quite a bit, even though he really messed up on that facemask of Murray. I think overall they have gotten more consistent and they tackled much better today. Props to Collins and the LB's for their improvement thus far.

I think the D is actually playing better than we can tell right now. When the rest of the team does them no favors, it's hard to play shutdown. They only gave up one long TD drive in 60 minutes, and then redeemed themselves by scoring that 7 points back for us. You can put the other 17 points Georgia scored squarely on the O/SP.

1) Special Teams. Everything about it. Our kicker had a 20 mph tail wind and still couldn't crack the 10 yard line. Coverages and tackling are terrible. We can not keep giving the opponent a short field and expect to be competitive.

2) Offensive line. Terrible in all aspects. I don't know if it's talent, inexperience, or injuries but you can have all the talent in the world at the skill positions and that o line will cancel it out. There's just nothing we can do with the ball having that kind of performance up front.
