Ok, so selling steriods will get you 5 years probation. Selling hydrocodone, like Jessica Shields (directly under Derek) gets you 20 years in the pokie and a $5,000 fine. I know it could have been her 15th offense or something, but from the outside it looks quite contradictory.

in the sentencing in O.C. A spec of blow you get a year in prison, sell a little weed get 5 years prison.
Get caught with 5-10 grams of meth...probation. Geez....But I do understand that under the counter transactions could have taken place to get reduced charges.

How about this one:

Douglas Miller, three counts of sale of less than 30 grams of marijuana, 15 years in prison, $12,000 in fines.
So the guy sold three sacks and gets 15 years???????

you just happen to be last in the thread. There's an old saying "if you can't do the time, don't do the crime." Some of the punishments seem unjust or inequitable, but the bottom line is they shouldn't sell that ****. They know if they get caught they are going to pay some jprice, they just don't know how big.

I have no sympathy whatsoever.

the state of Mississippi take a particularly dim view of walking out of church to see a drug deal, or their kids on the school playground getting a crash course in dealing.
