The NCAA has announced the first coaches ranking for the 2022 NCAA Division I Wrestling Championships.

Here is how PSU wrestlers are ranked in the coaches ranking:

133: RBY - 1st
141: Nick Lee - 1st
149: Beau Bartlett - 16th
165: Creighton Edsell - 28th
174: Carter Starocci - 1st
184: Aaron Brooks - 1st
197: Max Dean - 2nd
285: Greg Kerkvliet - 4th

Per the rules of the coaches ranking, to be eligible to be ranked a wrestler must have five Division 1 matches in the weight class to be considered, with at least one having taken place in the last 30 days.
