Speaking to the media postgame, Mark Kingston said there’s a chance three of the Gamecocks’ banged-up infielders could be available in some capacity next weekend against Arkansas.
“I think so. I think all three guys are hoping to play next weekend: Wimmer, LeCroy and McGillis. Whether that comes to pass, we’ll see,” Kingston said. “I would think all three are hoping to start playing again next weekend.”

I just hope we don't bring them back too soon. Those hamstring injuries tend to linger, especially if not given the time to properly heal.

Hopefully you're correct. However, Sanders has been awful based on expectations.

Hope that works and know it will improve our defense, otherwise we need a miracle on the pitching side. Hope the return of McGillis, Wimmer and LeCroy solidify our infield defense and give us a needed hitting resurrection. However, I must say Braswell has been a pleasant surprise.

we covered for Sanders a very long time. Remember all those double digit run games on Friday nights against other Aces? We were a game one hitting machine. Too bad that wasnt gonna last... and here we are.
