Be sure to watch (not just listen) at around 25 min when Levi gets asked about Paddy Gallagher. Levi does not stop smiling during that entire segment.

I went back and watched it a 2nd time. This may be the best interview that True-Wrestling has done. It's a little long, but it provides great insight about a PSU wrestler-to-be that we're likely to be talking about for quite a few years. I had to keep reminding myself that Levi is only 17.

I know Cael tends to keep things close to the vest, but is there a belief that Haines will redshirt in 2022-2023, or will he step in and expect to start at 157?

very mature young man. I would say he would be ready to go this year. He was good last year and will have had another year of high level training. I am not sure the team needs him to win it all and the other guys at or around that weight are not going to roll over. Will be fun to watch.

I suspect he starts out shirting. The shirt would get pulled if the team needs him ( injuries ) or if the staff feels like he is a lead pipe lock for all american. That might be a big leap but LH's wrestling has been making big strides.

He certainly sounds like he is in the right state of mind to do really well at PSU.
